The building and civil engineering division of Lyjon operates on a commercial and industrial basis. Our experience enables us to offer a wide and varied range of solutions from acting as resident site contractors on industrial or chemical sites, to working on new builds, refurbishments and social housing.

Directly employed workforce

By employing our own staff directly, we are able to offer all our clients a high degree of flexibility. Many of our employees have been with us for over 20 years and have a variety of skills and experience, enabling us to work on contracts for as little as 500 pounds to over several million pounds.

A range of services

Our expertise in building and construction lends itself to a wide variety of applications. Not only can we provide refurbishment for social housing, we can also undertake new build projects, commercial and industrial sites as well as concrete repair and diamond drilling.

Specialist environments

We also have considerable experience in working under difficult conditions where utmost consideration is required. For example, special needs environments, hospitals, schools, high security establishments and hazardous chemical plants.
